- To provide educational programs to active and assigned Texas county court at law judges, district judges and appellate judges.
- To support other organizations that are 501c(3) tax exempt and that provide educational programs to active and assigned Texas judges, including but not limited to the Texas Center for the Judiciary
- To exercise all of the powers of a Texas nonprofit corporation to the fullest extent allowable under Texas law in accomplishing the purposes set forth in the Articles of Incorporation
